Are you using latest version of PokerStars or Paradise poker client? Try closing all programs, except your poker client. Restart Poker Mom - it should work now. If the problem persists, please report us: which version of Poker Mom you are using, which operating system do you have and exact location of your poker client (usually something like C:\Program Files\PokerStars\)

Poker Mom works on principle of optical recognition of cards. Therefore 1) poker table window should be visible and 2) you mustn't change the size of poker table window. When join a table and it opens in new window, do not minimize or maximize it, just leave the default size. If Poker Mom can't "see" the table or the size of table is changed, it simply can't work.

If demo works, full version also works. The only limitation of demo is that it can not be used on real money tables.
